Commercial
The Chartering Department is responsible for the strategic management and execution of all vessel chartering activities. Our team of experienced professionals ensures the seamless negotiation, drafting, and finalization of charter party agreements, providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of the Owners .
We combine market intelligence, skillful contract negotiation and execution, and risk management to deliver optimal agreements. We foster robust relationships with owners, brokers, and charterers, enhancing long-term partnerships. Our commitment extends to comprehensive post-fixture support, resolving disputes, managing claims, and handling every chartering transaction with precision and professionalism.

Technical
The company’s Superintendent Engineers are qualified and experienced to ensure the seaworthiness of the managed vessels, closely monitoring all machinery, equipment, and systems while guaranteeing compliance with the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
We conduct regular inspections, coordinate necessary repairs, manage certification processes, and track fuel efficiency, ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance.
The key to our success is our preventive maintenance policy, which we apply to all our managed vessels, always prioritising quality, safety, and environmental efficiency.

Crew
As the vital bridge between our seafarers and the office, our Crew Department centers on the core focus of recruiting highly qualified and loyal crew members who are dedicated to continuous improvement. Our goal is to cultivate a supportive and dynamic human-oriented work environment.
In close cooperation with trusted manning agents, we manage crew changes and maintain a pool of skilled and reliable seamen.
Committed to their welfare and well-being, we prioritize effective communication to provide them with the necessary support throughout their careers. This includes managing salaries and crew budgets while maintaining compliance with the latest MLC guidelines.

Purchasing
Our Purchasing Department specializes in sourcing high-quality consumables and spare parts for our fleet. We meticulously evaluate multiple quotations, focusing on both price and quality, to maintain optimal operational costs.
Working exclusively with suppliers who uphold the same values and high standards that define our business practices, we build long-standing relationships rooted in mutual respect and trust and adaptability in our supply chain.

HSQE
Our HSQE Department monitors safety, pollution prevention and operational quality for our fleet, and safeguards crew health in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards. We oversee the development and implementation of our IMS and work closely with external parties, to liaise on timely audits.
Effective training, a no-blame culture, and our Management Review Committee meetings allow us to minimize accidents and human error, support crew wellbeing, maintain high service standards, and reduce our environmental footprint. We strive for excellence in HSQE both onboard and ashore, we continually track our progress and set new goals.
